My experience with The Eye Associates has been all great things! Beginning with my counselor who walked me through the process, worked with my crazy schedule and got me set up to have my procedures completed quickly!All of the staff along the way were great at explaining the next steps and what they were doing and why as we went along the process.Finally, Dr. Konkel was great from the beginning. She was able to make me feel comfortable with the procedure that was being performed and specifically, the replacement lens I selected so that my outcome would be optimized and my vision better than its been in 30 years. I cant say enough good things about how life changing it has been for me. I highly recommend The Eye Associates and Dr. Konkel and am so grateful for their treatment of my eyes.
