I wanted to share my experience at The Eye Associates, Venice location.The friendly, helpful attention at the front reception desk immediately made me feel comfortable. I went to have a punctoplasty procedure performed on my right eye by Dr. Chelsea Knapper, DO, Opthomology. I was a little nervous initially, but that quickly faded as Dr. Knapper clearly walked me through the procedure step-by-step, putting my mind at ease. A thank you to Dr. Knapper and her staff, they are top knotch!

A very efficient operation. The assistant Erin that did all of the testing was very engaging and did a great job. Dr Han was very personable and answered all of my questions easily.

All the staff was wonderful, they were very thorough, explained everything in deep detail and were over the top in sharing knowledge they had of my concerns. Loved Dr Bausback, such a nice caring doctor!
