Most of the experience was fantastic.However front staff (three young ladies) on the follow-up / recovery center are incredibly unprofessional. Speaking poorly about patients in front of waiting room. Forgot to check us in, so waited for over an hour with no answer. Speaking about inappropriate private matters in front of patients.Im not the only person to have an issue with this. Heard other complaints about professionalism from other patients.When approached about this, immediately got an attitude with a fight me demeanor.Those girls have got to GO!
