My experience at Eye Associates today was excellent! Dr. Vandenberg did a thorough exam and fully explained the results to my wife and me. Hes very knowledgeable and he has a calm demeanor. He answered our questions and spent as much time with us as we needed. When there were alternatives to consider, he laid out the options clearly so we could choose the one that works best for us. He guided us through scenarios, but he made sure we knew it was our decision to make. We highly recommend Dr. Vandenberg.The staff at Eye Associates is terrific! The technicians Nikki and Tiffany were pleasant and professional. Nikki took her time as she did various tests and measurements, eye charts, checked eye pressure, and dilated my eyes -- before I saw the Doctor. Tiffany worked with Dr. Vandenberg and made sure we fully understood the follow-up steps after he completed the exam. Tiffany and Nikki were very thorough and explained everything clearly.The optician (Crystal) was fantastic! She took time with us and fully explained options that were available to us. She understands insurance plans and showed us prices for various choices as well as the pros and cons of each option. She made it easy for us to make a decision that works best for us.We highly recommend Eye Associates and we encourage everyone to have your vision checked regularly. Dont neglect your eyes.
