I have been going to Eye Associates for several years and have always gotten excellent service until today.My annual appointment was set for Friday Dec20th. I showed up for my appointment and was told Dr. Han wasn't there, he no longer works on Friday. The lady at the front desk told me they called everybody who had Friday appointments. Well, they had not called me or left a voice message, otherwise I would not have shown up.This may not seem like a big deal to everyone but because I have recently had brain surgery I am unable to drive and had to have someone drive me to my appointment
