Dr. Camp, a favorite among patients, is known for his high energy and enthusiasm. He is committed to providing his patients with an unsurpassed level of care for their individual visual needs. He enjoys caring for patients of all ages; from the young to the young at heart.
Dr. Camp grew up in the eyecare business where he worked many years on the optical fabrication and retail side of the profession. Upon graduating from high school, he knew that his true calling was to move on to the medical side. Dr Camp received a Bachelor of Science from Southeastern University in North Miami Beach, Florida. He then went on to get his Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Camp joined The Eye Associates in December of 1997 and now is one of The Eye Associates’ senior Optometrists.
Dr. Camp has lived and worked in East Manatee County since 1995. He enjoys his “off time” with his wife, his dogs, and home projects. Oh and don’t forget his Starbucks!
